Optiveum is hiring a Mid/Senior Full-Stack Engineer on a B2B contract for a US-based social platform client, working across mobile, web, and backend surfaces with React Native, Next.js, NestJS, and Python microservices, actively leveraging AI tools.

Responsibilities

▹Deliver and own features across React Native, Next.js, NestJS, TypeScript, Go/Python microservices, and GCP
▹Diagnose and improve real product workflows (UI, APIs, data, media)
▹Strengthen the media lifecycle (upload, processing, playback, analysis)
▹Actively use AI tools (Gemini, ChatGPT) for coding, testing, documentation
▹Write maintainable code, focused tests, and documentation

Requirements

▹Solid TypeScript/JavaScript fundamentals
▹Production experience in Node.js and at least one major surface (React Native or Next.js)
▹Knowledge of APIs, data modeling, async workflows, testing, cloud deployment (GCP preferred)
▹Ability to read, extend, and troubleshoot Go and Python microservices
▹Clear written and spoken English
▹Reliability in a remote team

Nice to have

▹Experience with media-heavy consumer products, social/community systems, creator platforms
