Product Manager (Kubernetes / Ansible / IaC)

Responsibilities

• ▹Own a defined product area from customer discovery through delivery, launch, and adoption
• ▹Speak regularly with platform engineers, DevOps teams, infrastructure leaders, prospects, and customers
• ▹Study production workflows to understand problems involving governance, coordination, visibility, reliability, and adoption
• ▹Combine customer interviews with product usage, support cases, commercial feedback, and market research to identify problems worth solving
• ▹Define product requirements, success measures, and recommendations (5 Questions, PR/FAQs, specifications, decision records)
• ▹Prioritize work based on customer value, strategic fit, effort, risk, and potential learning
• ▹Work with Design to explore, prototype, validate, and refine solutions
• ▹Partner with the Engineering Manager on scope and trade-offs while Engineering leads architecture and execution
• ▹Coordinate launch readiness with Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Support
• ▹Review adoption and customer feedback after release, then decide whether to improve, expand, or stop the work

Requirements

• ▹Product management experience, or relevant experience in platform engineering, DevOps, solutions engineering, technical support, or technical product ownership
• ▹Hands-on production experience with Kubernetes (Argo CD, Flux, Helm, operators, cluster management) or Ansible
