Responsibilities

• ▹Oversee day-to-day operations of the engineering team, ensuring delivery of high-quality software solutions
• ▹Support team members' growth through mentorship and guidance
• ▹Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (product management, design) to define project goals, requirements, and timelines
• ▹Work on varied, challenging, and innovative projects using cutting-edge technologies and methodologies
• ▹Contribute to continuous improvement of engineering processes and practices
• ▹Lead a team including test engineers, providing technical support to the team

Requirements

• ▹Proven experience as a Tech Lead, Engineering Manager, or similar leadership role in the software development industry
• ▹Strong technical background in software engineering and development methodologies
• ▹Excellent leadership and people management skills
• ▹Strong Java/JavaScript knowledge
• ▹Strong knowledge of distributed systems using technology like GraphQL
• ▹Strong knowledge of cloud technologies (ideally Azure)
• ▹Experience working in an Agile development environment
• ▹Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• ▹Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Nice to have

• ▹Salesforce knowledge is a bonus
