AI Coach - Agentic Engineering

Responsibilities

• ▹Work directly with engineering teams to embed AI-assisted and agentic development practices into daily workflows
• ▹Coach teams on balancing engineering quality, security and maintainability with AI-assisted development
• ▹Partner with engineering leadership to improve delivery effectiveness and productivity through AI tooling, automation and agent orchestration
• ▹Build prototypes, examples and reference implementations demonstrating effective agentic development patterns
• ▹Help engineers develop effective prompting, validation and review techniques for robust model outputs
• ▹Help teams measure the impact of AI-assisted engineering practices on software delivery outcomes
• ▹Contribute to the evolution of engineering practices, standards and guidance, and identify emerging agentic techniques for adoption

Requirements

• ▹At least 6 years of professional experience in software engineering
• ▹Experience with agent orchestration frameworks and agentic development platforms
• ▹Experience with MCP-based tooling and integrations
• ▹Experience creating reusable AI workflows, engineering accelerators or developer productivity tooling
• ▹Experience helping teams adopt new technologies and practices at scale, including workshops, communities of practice or technical enablement programmes
• ▹Experience with Kubernetes, cloud-native platforms and distributed systems
• ▹Experience with Kafka or event-driven architectures
• ▹Experience in large-scale digital, retail or eCommerce environments
