▹Lead approximately 6 Solutions Engineers covering Commercial, Enterprise, and Strategic accounts across EMEA North
▹Develop SEs to facilitate technical storytelling and drive the narrative during the pre-sales cycle
▹Own accountability for the technical evaluation across EMEA North deals from discovery to close
▹Partner with the regional Sales leader and AEs to align SE coverage and build joint pipeline
▹Coach SEs on consultative selling, mapping Algolia capabilities to quantifiable ROI
▹Champion the adoption of AI to drive SE team effectiveness

Requirements

▹Mix of management and business experience combined with technical knowledge
▹Experience leading a team of Solutions Engineers in a pre-sales environment
▹Passion for data and modern leadership with a coaching mindset
▹Must be based in London with willingness to travel up to 25% across EMEA North
