Algolia is looking for a Solutions Engineering Manager to lead and grow its EMEA North SE team, covering the UK, Ireland, Nordics, and Benelux across Commercial, Enterprise, and Strategic accounts. You will be the technical leader closest to customers in the region, accountable for technical wins, deal-level coaching, onboarding of new hires, and cross-functional partnership. The role suits a hands-on technical leader who balances team development, customer-facing presence, and execution, and is based in London with up to 25% travel.

Responsibilities
- ▹Lead approximately 6 Solutions Engineers covering Commercial, Enterprise, and Strategic accounts across EMEA North
- ▹Develop SEs to facilitate technical storytelling and drive the narrative during the pre-sales cycle
- ▹Own accountability for the technical evaluation across EMEA North deals from discovery to close
- ▹Partner with the regional Sales leader and AEs to align SE coverage and build joint pipeline
- ▹Coach SEs on consultative selling, mapping Algolia capabilities to quantifiable ROI
- ▹Champion the adoption of AI to drive SE team effectiveness
Requirements
- ▹Mix of management and business experience combined with technical knowledge
- ▹Experience leading a team of Solutions Engineers in a pre-sales environment
- ▹Passion for data and modern leadership with a coaching mindset
- ▹Must be based in London with willingness to travel up to 25% across EMEA North
