Responsibilities

• ▹Turn prototypes into maintainable, tested and documented software
• ▹Design data models, interfaces and error handling so they scale with the product
• ▹Build and maintain automated tests, code reviews and CI/CD pipelines
• ▹Validate behavior under real user load, measure performance and remove bottlenecks
• ▹Make LLM features reliably production-ready, including evaluations, guardrails, cost control and fallbacks
• ▹Design roles, permissions and GDPR-compliant data flows from the start
• ▹Work closely with the Prototyper, Grower and Maintainer roles, including runbooks and documentation

Requirements

• ▹Completed degree in a technical field, e.g. computer science, engineering or similar
• ▹Practical experience building production web applications with TypeScript, Node and React or a comparable stack
• ▹Python skills for data processing and AI integrations
• ▹Confident with relational databases and API design
• ▹Routine with automated testing, code review and CI/CD
• ▹Experience with cloud environments and containers, e.g. AWS, GCP or Azure, and Docker
• ▹Awareness of security, data protection and operability

Nice to have

• ▹Experience integrating LLM features into production systems
