Observability Engineer

Stack

Responsibilities

• ▹Design and implement observability solutions (logs, metrics, traces) tailored to each client
• ▹Create dashboards, alerts, and advanced visualizations with Grafana
• ▹Implement instrumentation in applications and distributed tracing with OpenTelemetry
• ▹Add AI capabilities to observability platforms
• ▹Analyze performance, availability, and capacity issues
• ▹Collaborate with DevOps and SRE development teams to improve early incident detection
• ▹Document best practices and train technical users on tool usage

Requirements

• ▹4+ years of professional experience in roles related to Observability, DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering
• ▹Hands-on experience with at least one of: OpenTelemetry / Prometheus / Grafana Stack / Splunk / ELK Stack
• ▹Advanced English level to participate in international projects

Nice to have

• ▹Knowledge of DevOps, containers (Docker/Kubernetes), cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP), and technologies such as Linux, Git, Python, Terraform/OpenTofu, Shell Scripting
• ▹Observability certifications (OpenTelemetry Certified Associate, Prometheus Certified Associate, Splunk, etc.)
