Responsibilities

• ▹Own a product pod's roadmap and delivery
• ▹Shape team culture and processes
• ▹Develop the careers of team members
• ▹Review PRs and weigh in on architecture
• ▹Work on consumer product experimentation, ML matching, attorney tooling, or AI-native legal products

Requirements

• ▹Managed a team of at least three engineers for more than a year
• ▹Experience growing engineers, including senior ICs and early-career staff
• ▹Ability to have hard performance conversations
• ▹Experience in high-performing product organizations with strong PMs and designers
• ▹Comfortable operating with ambiguity and limited resources
• ▹Experience using AI coding tools
