Responsibilities

• ▹Shape the infrastructure roadmap and drive progress toward it
• ▹Build security and operational foundations for sustainable growth
• ▹Improve reliability: reduce MTTR, establish SLOs, bring rigor to outage management
• ▹Build platforms and tools that let product teams own their systems end-to-end
• ▹Write code and ship directly

Requirements

• ▹5+ years in infrastructure, SRE or platform engineering roles, with breadth across infra disciplines
• ▹Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure (GCP preferred) and infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, Pulumi, etc.)
• ▹Strong software engineering fundamentals and a builder's mindset
• ▹Technical breadth across networking, security, observability, CI/CD, database operations and containerization
• ▹Experience with consumer-facing, revenue-critical systems

Nice to have

• ▹Having led infrastructure evolution at a growing startup, not just maintained existing systems
• ▹Excitement about environments with little structure, where you understand the bigger picture and cut through ambiguity
