Responsibilities

• ▹Serve as a trusted advisor to key enterprise customers
• ▹Lead architectural discussions and design/solution review sessions
• ▹Diagnose complex technical issues with support and product teams
• ▹Manage configurations using Terraform Infrastructure as Code
• ▹Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Support and Engineering
• ▹Advise on best practices for security, network optimization and scalability

Requirements

• ▹In-depth experience in a customer-facing technical role
• ▹Experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code
