Responsibilities

• ▹Support and further develop SAP SuccessFactors, especially Employee Central
• ▹Technical consulting and integration with other systems, including monitoring
• ▹Capture, analyze, and evaluate technical and functional requirements
• ▹Implement architecture and security requirements as well as functional requirements, including documentation
• ▹Create and maintain iFlows in SAP Cloud Integration
• ▹Support and improve the SAP HCM modules Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), and Payroll (PY)
• ▹Take on project responsibility and provide operational support in day-to-day business
• ▹Work closely with the existing IT-HR team, the HR department, internal IT teams, and external service providers

Requirements

• ▹Several years of practical experience with SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM
• ▹Deep expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, ideally including the HCM modules PA, OM, and PY
• ▹Solid knowledge of SAP BTP and Cloud Integration
• ▹Experience with ODATA API and various interface scenarios
• ▹Strong communication skills, initiative, and a structured way of working
• ▹German at negotiation level plus English
