Responsibilities

• ▹Support and further develop SAP SuccessFactors, especially Employee Central
• ▹Analyze, document, and support interfaces to connected systems
• ▹Participate in gathering, analyzing, and aligning business and technical requirements
• ▹Implement requirements in line with existing architecture and security guidelines
• ▹Create and maintain integration scenarios in SAP Cloud Integration
• ▹Further develop HR processes and the integration of SAP solutions
• ▹Support project work and daily operations
• ▹Collaborate closely with the IT-HR team, HR department, and external partners

Requirements

• ▹Completed degree in business informatics, business administration with IT focus, or comparable training
• ▹Ideally initial practical experience with SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, or other HR systems
• ▹Interest in integrations, interfaces, and cloud technologies
• ▹Willingness to learn new technologies and HR processes
• ▹Teamwork, initiative, structured and solution-oriented working style
• ▹Very good German and good English skills

Nice to have

• ▹Basic knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, or SAP BTP
