Senior SAP Integration Inhouse Consultant – SuccessFactors EC

Responsibilities

• ▹Further develop SAP SuccessFactors, with a focus on Employee Central
• ▹Provide technical consulting and integration for interfaces, including monitoring
• ▹Gather, analyze and evaluate technical and business requirements
• ▹Implement architecture and security guidelines as well as business requirements, with documentation
• ▹Create and maintain iFlows in SAP Cloud Integration
• ▹Support optimization of SAP HCM modules (personnel administration, organizational management, payroll)
• ▹Take on project responsibility and provide operational support in day-to-day business
• ▹Work closely with the HR-IT team, HR department, internal IT teams and external service providers

Requirements

• ▹Several years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM
• ▹Deep expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, ideally also in the personnel administration, organizational management and payroll modules
• ▹Solid knowledge of SAP BTP and Cloud Integration
• ▹Experience with ODATA API and various integration scenarios
• ▹Strong communication, initiative and a structured way of working
• ▹Fluent German and English
