Responsibilities

• ▹Administer BMC Helix applications (workflows, dashboards, reports), ensuring optimal performance and reliability
• ▹Monitor system health and performance, proactively identifying and resolving issues
• ▹Provide technical support and training to end-users
• ▹Manage system upgrades, patches, and configuration changes in collaboration with cross-functional teams
• ▹Document system configurations, maintenance procedures, and best practices
• ▹Analyze system functionalities and stakeholder needs to recommend enhancements
• ▹Stay current on BMC Helix developments and contribute to continuous improvement of ITSM solutions

Requirements

• ▹Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• ▹3-5 years of experience administering BMC Helix or similar ITSM platforms
• ▹Strong knowledge of BMC Helix architecture, components, and administration
• ▹Experience with incident, problem, and change management workflows within BMC Helix
• ▹Excellent problem-solving skills, able to work independently in a remote setting
• ▹Strong communication skills for collaborating with remote teams

Nice to have

• ▹BMC certifications or relevant ITSM training
• ▹Familiarity with scripting languages for automation (e.g., Python, Ruby)
• ▹Understanding of Agile methodologies, experience in an Agile environment
• ▹Experience integrating BMC Helix with other enterprise applications
• ▹Proven ability to mentor and train junior staff
• ▹Proactive approach to system optimization and user support
