Responsibilities

• ▹Develop, configure, and maintain applications on the BMC Helix platform
• ▹Collaborate with business analysts to translate requirements into functional solutions
• ▹Customize Helix functionalities to improve performance and user engagement
• ▹Conduct testing and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables
• ▹Participate in code reviews and best-practice discussions
• ▹Document development processes and application designs

Requirements

• ▹Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Development, or a related discipline
• ▹Proven experience with BMC Helix or similar ITSM tools
• ▹Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python
• ▹Understanding of RESTful APIs and service-oriented architecture
• ▹Experience with database management systems, including SQL
• ▹Proficiency with Git
• ▹Ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment
• ▹Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Nice to have

• ▹Certification in BMC Helix development or related IT certifications
• ▹Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
• ▹Experience in system performance tuning and optimization
• ▹Excellent communication skills
