Senior Product Engineer

Responsibilities

• ▹Design and build the layer of products on top of the healthcare agents, from ideation to reality
• ▹Create products that meet patients beyond voice, such as SMS and web
• ▹Build real-time AI systems that operate under strong latency constraints

Requirements

• ▹5+ years of experience building products end-to-end, from quick MVPs to production-grade software and tracking its success
• ▹Strong understanding of the stack technologies (FastAPI/Python + PostgreSQL backend, React/TypeScript frontend) or their equivalents in other languages
• ▹Experience managing large scale distributed systems with asynchronous workload orchestration
• ▹Product mindset: enjoy sketching UI in Figma and talking with customers to learn about their pains
• ▹Founder mindset: ownership and hard work
• ▹Readiness to handle serving thousands of high-stakes daily interactions with patients
• ▹Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Maths, Physics or a related field (or equivalent experience)
