Senior AI Engineer

Stack

Responsibilities

• ▹Design and scale the platform
• ▹Build low-latency speech and LLM pipelines
• ▹Build orchestration layers and reliability systems
• ▹Engineer real-time AI systems that operate under strong latency constraints

Requirements

• ▹3-5 years of experience building products end-to-end, from architecting solutions to deploying production-grade software
• ▹Good understanding of the stack technologies (FastAPI/Python + PostgreSQL backend, React/TypeScript frontend) or their equivalents in other languages
• ▹Experience managing large scale distributed systems with asynchronous workload orchestration
• ▹Founder mindset: ownership and hard work
• ▹Readiness to handle deploying AI voice agents to thousands of daily phone calls
• ▹Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Maths, Physics or a related field (or equivalent experience)

Nice to have

• ▹Familiarity with LLMs, AI agents or other ML models
