Product Designer | Senior

Responsibilities

• ▹Work closely with Product Managers and Engineering to navigate ambiguity and shape solutions
• ▹Lead problem discovery, not just execute solution design
• ▹Run lightweight discoveries, rapid experiments, and prototypes to validate design decisions
• ▹Talk to users regularly through low-effort, AI-assisted research activities
• ▹Design AI-native experiences that build trust while accounting for AI hallucinations, latency, and model limitations
• ▹Think system-first to keep the product ecosystem coherent and consistent
• ▹Balance speed and quality while shipping imperfect MVPs in small increments
• ▹Share feedback and help scale the overall design experience

Requirements

• ▹Proven startup experience with ability to adapt and drop rigid processes
• ▹Experience designing AI-powered or complex systems with a systems-thinking approach
• ▹Clear communication of trade-offs, constraints, and design reasoning
• ▹Ability to identify key assumptions and validate them quickly through experiments or user insights
• ▹Experience defining success metrics and using product data to guide design iteration
• ▹Hands-on experience with user research methods (analytics, usability testing, interviews)
• ▹Ability to drive the design process independently while remaining collaborative
• ▹Focus on user problems and organizational outcomes, not just UI deliverables
• ▹Basic technical understanding of modern web technologies
• ▹High curiosity about AI and how UX can make AI systems understandable and trustworthy
