Senior/Lead Product Designer

Responsibilities

• ▹Gather and analyze business data to identify areas for improvement; conduct research and surveys
• ▹Collect and refine requirements from stakeholders; create detailed technical documentation for IT
• ▹Present findings and recommendations to senior managers and executives; produce written reports
• ▹Provide guidance and training to implement recommended changes; assess their impact
• ▹Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications
• ▹Monitor and evaluate design solution performance through user feedback and analytics
• ▹Design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces; develop high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes in Figma
• ▹Create and maintain a consistent visual language and style guide across product interfaces

Requirements

• ▹Strong experience as a Senior/Lead Product Designer in e-commerce or B2B2C
• ▹A track record of working closely with product managers and engineers
• ▹Experience using product and UX metrics to guide design decisions
• ▹Deep knowledge of user research methods (qualitative and quantitative)
• ▹Strong skills in Figma and modern design workflows
• ▹Experience working with design systems and tokenized components
• ▹Ability to produce clear design documentation
• ▹Experience working with JIRA and Confluence
