• ▹Define and maintain design guidelines, bringing consistency across all products.
• ▹Lead design initiatives with balance and clarity, adapting to timelines while juggling multiple priorities.

• ▹Improve product performance post-launch, focusing on continuous, user-centered enhancements.
• ▹Maintain and evolve the design system as a toolkit that ensures consistency.

Requirements

• ▹5+ years of experience designing complex commercial apps.
• ▹A portfolio showcasing strong design work.
• ▹Experience in SaaS products.
• ▹Figma expertise and strong knowledge of components and design systems.
• ▹Experience working with and evolving design systems across iOS, Android and responsive web.
• ▹Strategic thinker with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly.
• ▹Skilled at understanding the technical impact of design choices.
• ▹Self-directed, with the ability to take ownership of the design process.
• ▹Strong UX focus and a deep understanding of human behavior.
• ▹Clean, refined visual design sense.
