Senior Product Designer

Stack

Responsibilities

• ▹Collaborate closely with product management and engineering to create impactful user interfaces
• ▹Develop clickable prototypes to demonstrate design concepts and gather feedback
• ▹Work with stakeholders to understand their needs and incorporate feedback into design iterations
• ▹Lead rapid design exploration and prototyping to validate concepts early
• ▹Plan and execute user research and testing, including A/B tests and usability studies
• ▹Synthesize research, behavioral data, and test outcomes into clear design recommendations
• ▹Drive continuous design iteration based on user feedback, product metrics, and business impact
• ▹Conduct competitive research to inform design decisions
• ▹Assist developers during implementation
• ▹Utilize the INGENIOUS.BUILD Design System to maintain consistency
• ▹Take ownership of features from conception to delivery

Requirements

• ▹Minimum 5 years of experience as a UX/UI/Product Designer or similar role
• ▹Strong teamwork skills coupled with a problem-solving attitude
• ▹Proven experience in rapid design iteration, prototyping, and concept validation
• ▹Hands-on experience with user research and testing methods (A/B testing, usability testing, experiment analysis)
• ▹Strong ability to synthesize user insights, behavioral data, and business needs into design solutions
• ▹Deep understanding of product design processes, interaction design, and user-centered design best practices
• ▹Familiarity with WCAG accessibility rules
• ▹Proficiency in Figma
• ▹Ability to create and maintain a Design System
• ▹Self-motivation, proactive mindset, and ownership mentality
