Product Owner

Responsibilities

• ▹Drive the vision, roadmap, and delivery of Resource Planning capabilities
• ▹Work closely with engineering teams, stakeholders, and customers to translate business needs into product outcomes
• ▹Ensure measurable impact across project and resource management processes

Requirements

• ▹3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, or similar product-focused role
• ▹Strong experience working in Agile software development environments
• ▹Experience defining and managing product backlogs, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• ▹Ability to balance business priorities, customer needs, and technical considerations
• ▹Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• ▹Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• ▹Experience working with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, UX, and Customer Success
• ▹Excellent verbal and written English communication skills

Nice to have

• ▹Experience working with ERP, Enterprise SaaS, Resource Planning, Workforce Management, Project Management, or Scheduling solutions
• ▹Understanding of resource allocation, capacity planning, staffing, and project execution processes
• ▹Experience translating complex business processes into scalable software solutions
• ▹Familiarity with data-driven product management and product analytics
• ▹Experience working in a global and distributed product organization
• ▹Knowledge of AI-assisted product management tools
• ▹Experience with project-centric ERP solutions
• ▹Pragmatic, Scrum Product Owner (PSPO), SAFe POPM, or similar certifications
• ▹Basic understanding of APIs, integrations, and cloud-based software architectures
