Responsibilities

• ▹Lead the security target-state architecture and multi-year roadmap, aligning risk reduction with business outcomes
• ▹Lead enterprise architecture assessments across cloud (Azure) security, network infrastructure and Kubernetes
• ▹Cover identity and access management: zero trust, conditional access, PAM/PIM
• ▹Review CI/CD pipelines, secure software development and AI/LLM usage
• ▹Develop security reference architectures and patterns aligned to Unit4's security vision
• ▹Design layered enterprise security architectures ensuring defence-in-depth and resilience
• ▹Act as architectural authority in cross-department engagements on security principles and technologies
• ▹Ensure architectural decisions reflect regulatory, customer and audit requirements
• ▹Design secure architecture for multi-cloud environments, Azure primary with AWS/GCP awareness
• ▹Collaborate on security design within Microsoft 365 and Entra ID ecosystems
• ▹Consult on Microsoft security tooling: Defender XDR, Defender for Cloud, Azure Policy, Endpoint management, Azure Network Security, Conditional Access
• ▹Evaluate new cloud services, identifying and mitigating risks before adoption
