Staff Product Manager - Mobile (100% Remote - EMEA)

Responsibilities

• ▹Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap of the Hostaway mobile app
• ▹Run continuous discovery, turning what is learned into clear opportunities and scoped requirements
• ▹Set the app's north-star metrics and drivers, ensuring instrumentation ships with every feature
• ▹Own adoption, engagement, and retention as accountable outcomes, including AI opportunities
• ▹Partner closely with Product Design to deliver a native iOS and Android experience
• ▹Drive GTM readiness across Product Marketing, Sales Enablement, CS, and Support

Requirements

• ▹7+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS platforms, with a mobile applications focus
• ▹Proven track record launching and iterating on mobile products on iOS and Android, including App Store and Play Store release cycles
• ▹Demonstrated success building and scaling B2B SaaS products with multiple user personas and complex workflows
• ▹Ability to deeply understand and prioritize diverse user needs, with first-hand customer research and field interview experience
• ▹Track record leading cross-functional teams through the full product lifecycle
