Responsibilities

• ▹Design, build and deploy AI-powered solutions (agents, multi-step workflows, automations, internal tools)
• ▹Own build-vs-buy decisions by evaluating AI and GTM platforms
• ▹Integrate AI agents and workflows with marketing platforms, data sources, APIs
• ▹Establish AI evaluation and quality standards
• ▹Optimize AI economics (token usage, API consumption, infrastructure)
• ▹Track emerging models and agent frameworks and apply them practically

Requirements

• ▹Past engineering experience, ability to independently build AI applications and agents
• ▹Proven experience building AI agents and workflows with measurable impact
• ▹Full-stack builder capability
• ▹Understanding of marketing tech stack and how modern marketing teams operate
