Sr. Product Manager – Software & Consumer Hardware

Responsibilities

• ▹Define and drive product requirements for software applications that run on or interact with hardware products
• ▹Partner closely with Software and Hardware Engineering teams to shape features and prioritize roadmaps
• ▹Participate in hands-on testing and validation of software applications on hardware platforms, providing actionable feedback to improve quality, usability and reliability
• ▹Evaluate the end-to-end consumer experience across hardware and software touchpoints, identifying gaps and opportunities
• ▹Proactively generate and champion ideas to enhance consumer experience using software capabilities on hardware products
• ▹Collaborate with host partner software teams to optimize the end-to-end user experience
• ▹Identify and help resolve compatibility issues while driving improvements in performance, reliability and usability across supported platforms
• ▹Translate customer needs, technical constraints and business goals into clear product requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria
• ▹Work cross-functionally with product, design, QA, marketing and partner teams throughout the product lifecycle

Requirements
