Help Desk Specialist I - Clinical Applications

Responsibilities

• ▹Provide remote and on-site technical support in a clinical setting
• ▹Enter, prioritize and escalate service tickets via the ticket system
• ▹Work directly with customers by phone, on-site and online to resolve computing and radiology application problems
• ▹Install and configure radiology software packages such as PACS and voice recognition
• ▹Resolve general workstation issues related to OS, hardware compatibility and software interdependencies
• ▹Maintain technical documentation for support, training and analysis

Requirements

• ▹Valid state driver's license and proof of insurance
• ▹Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• ▹Detail-oriented, able to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• ▹Availability for on-call rotation as needed
