Requirements

• ▹Advanced software development experience: confident use of Python, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, or other relevant languages
• ▹Knowledge of systems architecture and scalability: distributed systems design, microservices architecture, cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• ▹DevOps practices and automation: CI/CD, test automation, and monitoring for quality and reliability
• ▹Mentoring and technical leadership skills: leading technical teams, fostering a culture of quality and collaboration
• ▹Security and compliance knowledge: security best practices, encryption, regulatory compliance (e.g. LGPD)
• ▹Strategic alignment: communicating with stakeholders and aligning technical priorities with business goals
