Engineering Manager

Responsibilities

• ▹Translate the company's strategic objectives into clear, actionable goals for the team
• ▹Monitor trends and continuous improvement opportunities
• ▹Lead complex projects, track success metrics and remove blockers
• ▹Review and optimize workflows to increase team productivity
• ▹Ensure continuous alignment with Product Managers, Designers and other areas
• ▹Plan and manage resource allocation, balancing workload and individual skills

Requirements

• ▹Previous experience in technical leadership of software engineering teams
• ▹Experience with agile methodologies and good development practices
• ▹Knowledge of scalability strategies and long-term impact
