Product Designer II

Responsibilities

• ▹Lead design projects end-to-end, from problem discovery through implementation
• ▹Actively contribute to product strategy definition with a systemic, UX-focused view
• ▹Conduct research, interviews, and validation with users to inform product and design decisions
• ▹Use qualitative and quantitative data to guide decisions and measure the impact of proposed solutions
• ▹Turn complex problems into clear, intuitive flows, journeys, and interfaces
• ▹Create prototypes, flows, and specs with a high level of quality and attention to detail
• ▹Partner closely with Product Managers, Engineering, and stakeholders
• ▹Contribute to the evolution of the Design System and consistency across products
• ▹Collaborate with other designers through critiques, exchanges, and quality reviews
• ▹Act as a technical reference within the team, supporting junior designers

Requirements

• ▹Solid experience as a Product Designer on digital products, able to run complex projects autonomously
• ▹Strong technical grounding in UX, UI, information architecture, and flow design, with mastery of design and prototyping tools (e.g. Figma)
• ▹Experience with user research and validation, with data- and metric-driven decision-making
• ▹Excellent communication and argumentation skills, with prior experience in multidisciplinary teams alongside Product and Engineering
• ▹A consistent portfolio demonstrating product thinking, impact, and execution quality
