Responsibilities

• ▹Lead strategy and product vision for one or more critical products, owning pedagogical or financial problem-solving
• ▹Define relevant problems and prioritize initiatives based on data and strategic context
• ▹Track and evolve product metrics end-to-end, adjusting strategy as needed
• ▹Identify and develop domain capabilities that create impact beyond your own team
• ▹Lead discovery cycles with hypotheses, experiments, and validation before major investments
• ▹Align stakeholders across different areas and seniority levels
• ▹Work with technical teams to turn architecture, scalability, and security challenges into high-impact product initiatives
• ▹Evolve the operating model for your products: rituals, processes, and ways of working
• ▹Contribute to the development of the team and the spread of product best practices (600+ people in the tech vertical), developing less experienced colleagues

Requirements

• ▹Experience leading multiple product initiatives with a track record of delivery in complex, ambiguous scenarios
• ▹Strategic vision for medium- and long-term thinking, connecting product evolution to company goals
• ▹Data fluency: defines and tracks product and business metrics independently
• ▹Daily use of SQL and analytics tools
• ▹Uses AI tools as part of the daily workflow (analysis, discovery, documentation, prototyping)
• ▹Ability to evolve product governance frameworks
