Product Engineer – Growth Lab

Responsibilities

• ▹Drives growth experiments end to end, from hypothesis through implementation, tracking and analysis
• ▹Designs and instruments experiments using Confidence (assignment, data quality) and HEX (data analysis)
• ▹Builds disciplined tracking and instrumentation so experiment results can be trusted
• ▹Turns outcome-driven product problems into measurable KPI movement (acquisition, activation, adoption, conversion)
• ▹Raises experimentation craft standards within the team
• ▹Partners closely with the PM and Product Designer on prioritizing bets

Requirements

• ▹Hands-on experience in growth engineering / experimentation, backed by solid all-round engineering experience
• ▹Has run the full growth loop (hypothesis → ideation → implementation → analysis) using experimentation tooling (Confidence or similar)
• ▹Independently solves complex problems with multiple moving parts
• ▹Data-savvy: forms and answers own data questions, sets up trustworthy experiments
• ▹Strong communicator who works well outside the team
• ▹Mentors teammates and raises craft standards
• ▹Holds code loosely, motivated by impact rather than the code itself
• ▹Genuine growth mindset, comfortable with ambiguity
• ▹Fluent in written and spoken English (Swedish is not required)
