Client Support Specialist - Debrecen

Responsibilities

• ▹Operate a key client's workstations, IT systems, and services, resolving incidents in an office environment
• ▹Track assigned incidents and events through to closure, escalating to a higher technical, vendor, or management level when needed
• ▹Maintain complete, up-to-date administration of completed work (ticketing system, worksheets, system documentation)
• ▹Support the client's IT projects and audits
• ▹Comply with IT security regulations and carry out related tasks
• ▹Issue, return, and administer IT equipment
• ▹Install client workstations, operating systems, Microsoft Office and other software, fix issues, and forward tickets to the appropriate resolver group

Requirements

• ▹Intermediate-level spoken and written English
• ▹Solid knowledge of Windows client operating systems and general infrastructure
• ▹Assertive communication skills with clients
• ▹Prior experience working with Active Directory and ticketing systems
• ▹Openness to unfamiliar situations and a varied work environment

Nice to have

• ▹Experience in a similar position
• ▹Knowledge of ITIL, O365, Remote Desktop, TeamViewer, PowerShell, and scripting languages
• ▹Category B driving licence
