Client Support Specialist (Szeged)

Responsibilities

• ▹Operate a key client's IT systems and services, resolving incidents in both manufacturing plant and office environments
• ▹Track assigned incidents and events through to closure, escalating to a higher technical, vendor, or management level when needed
• ▹Maintain complete, up-to-date administration of completed work (ticketing system, worksheets, system documentation)
• ▹Comply with IT security regulations and carry out related tasks
• ▹Actively build a knowledge base and prepare system documentation
• ▹Prepare version upgrades and system migrations and actively participate in their implementation
• ▹Actively participate in projects related to manufacturing-support environments

Requirements

• ▹Intermediate-level English
• ▹Solid knowledge of Windows client operating systems and general infrastructure
• ▹Assertive communication skills with clients
• ▹Prior experience working with Active Directory and ticketing systems
• ▹Openness to unfamiliar situations and a varied work environment

Nice to have

• ▹Experience in a similar position
• ▹Knowledge of ITIL, O365, Remote Desktop, TeamViewer, PowerShell, and scripting languages
• ▹Category B driving licence
