Senior Solutions Engineer (Netherlands, Remote)

Responsibilities

• ▹Partner with the Sales team to articulate the Grafana value proposition, vision and strategy to customers
• ▹Own the technical engagement with customers and help close complex opportunities
• ▹Deliver product and technical presentations to potential and existing customers
• ▹Pass customer feedback and competitive insight to internal teams
• ▹Drive product conversations based on customer needs and problems
• ▹Enhance documentation, write blog posts, record videos, contribute knowledge base articles and create other public or private enablement material

Requirements

• ▹5+ years of technical pre-sales experience
• ▹Openness to varied and complex assignments, with strong judgment, collaboration and leadership
• ▹First-class written and oral communication skills for working with remote-first internal teams and worldwide customers
• ▹Ability to skillfully articulate the value proposition and the technical advantages of the products
• ▹A technical mindset and a desire to grow technically
• ▹Must be located in the Netherlands

Nice to have

• ▹Experience with open source technologies or in the metrics/monitoring space
• ▹Experience with sales methodologies such as MEDD(P)ICC
