• ▹Partner with Sales to articulate the Grafana value proposition, vision and strategy
• ▹Own the technical engagement with customers, helping close complex opportunities
• ▹Deliver product and technical presentations to prospects and existing customers
• ▹Communicate feedback on products and the competitive landscape to internal teams
• ▹Drive product conversations based on customer needs and problems
• ▹Contribute to documentation, blog posts, videos and knowledge base articles

Requirements

• ▹5+ years of technical pre-sales experience
• ▹Open to varied and complex assignments, strong judgment
• ▹Excellent written and oral communication in English, working with remote-first teams and worldwide customers
• ▹Arabic language proficiency
