Analytics and Pricing Expert - Insurance

Responsibilities

• ▹Partner with sales teams to price and develop compelling proposals for large corporate clients and public institutions
• ▹Serve as a trusted technical advisor in client meetings
• ▹Design delightful insurance products meeting member needs and regulatory requirements
• ▹Support key account managers in nurturing and renewing strategic client relationships
• ▹Develop scalable tools, frameworks and knowledge resources for sales teams

Requirements

• ▹Must be legally eligible to work from France
• ▹Ability to navigate and synthesize technical, data, legal and business considerations in health and income protection insurance
• ▹Analytical and structured, with a fact-based decision-making style
• ▹Excited about bringing technical expertise into a business-centric context
• ▹Scalability mindset, continuously identifying opportunities to optimize processes
• ▹Strong written communication, able to simplify complex concepts
• ▹Fluent in French (French clients) and English (Alan's working language)

Nice to have

• ▹2 years of experience in Health and/or Prevoyance insurance
