Responsibilities

• ▹Act as GTM technical expert: design and demo Sierra's Agent product, offering technical solutions for customer needs and answering technical questions
• ▹Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product and Agent Engineering to drive the GTM function and continuously improve agents through customer-driven product development
• ▹Lead and support customers: as a GTM and technical leader in the earliest conversations with future customers, understand and anticipate their needs

Requirements

• ▹5-7+ years of experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering or customer-facing technical sales
• ▹Past experience building and presenting demos, working with customers or clients in a GTM function
• ▹Experience building relationships with potential customers, including executives and technical leaders
• ▹Experience leading the sales process with enterprise customers
• ▹Ability to connect a prospect's specific business problems to Sierra's solutions, explaining them to both technical and non-technical audiences
• ▹Bachelor's degree or above; bonus for Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience

Nice to have

• ▹AI-related experience (or experience in a similarly modern, highly technical industry)
• ▹Experience translating code, technical logic and user requirements into product and engineering requirements
