Responsibilities

• ▹Collaborate strategically with Account Executives to strengthen the technical side of the sales process
• ▹Work directly with customer and prospect technical contacts, providing bespoke support and architecting solutions
• ▹Craft compelling technical demonstrations that clearly communicate the product's value
• ▹Create technical enablement resources that improve the sales team's effectiveness
• ▹Build self-service tools and documentation empowering customers to implement solutions independently
• ▹Identify opportunities to productize common integration patterns, working with product teams

Requirements

• ▹Experience working with customers (student clubs or side projects are fine)
• ▹Strong technical background to help customers architect integrations with their existing systems
• ▹Proficiency in Python with deep software development, architecture and integration pattern knowledge
• ▹Excellent communication skills, able to adapt messaging to different audiences
