Responsibilities
- ▹Own architecture and system design decisions
- ▹Direct and approve work produced by AI agents (CODA)
- ▹Groom user stories together with product owners
- ▹Review implementation plans, test evidence and code
- ▹Improve the CODA agent system and quality guardrails
Requirements
- ▹Strong software architecture and system design background
- ▹Familiarity with PHP/Laravel, Node.js/TypeScript, Go, React Native
- ▹Openness to an AI-agent-driven development workflow
- ▹Sharp, quality-focused critical judgment
Soft skills
Judgment over AI-generated codeClose collaboration with product owners
