Responsibilities

• ▹Own Syncro architecture and write core low-latency Rust code
• ▹Optimize validator submission path and network routing
• ▹Lead multi-region rollout on bare-metal and cloud
• ▹Design high availability and automatic failover
• ▹Automate releases
• ▹Lead design and code review

Requirements

• ▹8+ years building distributed backend/infrastructure
• ▹Experience shipping low-latency systems to production
• ▹Deep Solana internals knowledge (validator/TPU, QUIC)
• ▹Expert-level systems language (Rust, C/C++, Go)
• ▹Networking and latency tuning experience
• ▹Production infrastructure on Linux, bare-metal and cloud (GCP/AWS)
• ▹PostgreSQL, RabbitMQ/Kafka HA experience
• ▹English C1+

Nice to have

• ▹Solana validator operations experience
• ▹MEV ecosystem knowledge
• ▹SUI, Hyperliquid or other high-throughput chain experience
• ▹Real-time market-data streaming systems knowledge
• ▹Profiling and benchmarking experience
