Senior Analytics Engineer

Stack

Responsibilities

• ▹Design, build, and maintain business data marts to support analytics, reporting, and decision-making
• ▹Implement and manage Master Data Management (MDM) for core business entities such as clients, networks, and products
• ▹Automate client and internal business reporting, reducing manual processes
• ▹Develop and support data pipelines for on-chain and off-chain data
• ▹Build and own critical business dashboards that surface insights and anomalies to stakeholders

Requirements

• ▹Advanced SQL skills, including complex joins, window functions, and performance optimization (experience with Google BigQuery preferred)
• ▹Strong analytical skills using Python (pandas, numpy, or similar libraries)
• ▹Experience with modern data stack tools such as Airflow and dbt
• ▹Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Superset, Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
• ▹Strong data storytelling ability, forming hypotheses and validating them with data
• ▹Ability to work closely with stakeholders and deliver end-to-end solutions
• ▹English proficiency: B2 or higher

Nice to have

• ▹Experience in the crypto / blockchain ecosystem is a strong plus
