Senior Data Architect

Stack

Responsibilities

• ▹Translate client business objectives into scalable data platform architectures
• ▹Oversee legacy data warehouse migrations and lakehouse deployments
• ▹Build data ingestion and transformation pipelines using Databricks, Spark, Python, SQL
• ▹Deliver technical solution designs and architectural blueprints
• ▹Partner with delivery teams and client engineers
• ▹Troubleshoot complex implementation challenges and author documentation

Requirements

• ▹8+ years of experience in data engineering/architecture
• ▹Proficient in Python and SQL, strong Apache Spark expertise (Scala a plus)
• ▹Experience with Databricks and at least one major cloud provider (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• ▹Familiarity with CI/CD automation and DevOps/DataOps practices
• ▹Exceptional consulting and stakeholder communication skills

Nice to have

• ▹Experience deploying ML platforms and MLOps workflows
• ▹Experience migrating legacy ETL/data warehouse environments
• ▹Active Databricks certifications
• ▹Enterprise professional services or technical consulting background
