Senior Data Engineer

Responsibilities

• ▹Design and build scalable data pipelines in Databricks
• ▹Develop ETL/ELT processes with Databricks, Python, and SQL
• ▹Optimize data workflows for performance and cost-efficiency
• ▹Maintain data models and integrations on cloud platforms (Azure, AWS)
• ▹Collaborate with data analysts and data scientists
• ▹Monitor pipelines and troubleshoot issues

Requirements

• ▹4+ years of data engineering or analytics engineering experience
• ▹Strong Python and SQL skills (Scala a plus)
• ▹Hands-on experience with the Databricks ecosystem
• ▹Knowledge of cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
• ▹Degree in Computer Science or STEM
• ▹Strong focus on code quality and testing
• ▹Excellent communication for remote collaboration

Nice to have

• ▹Scala knowledge
