Test Architect (Automation)

Responsibilities

• ▹Design the complete automation test strategy
• ▹Provide technical leadership for CI/CD design and implementation
• ▹Create quality gates within the CI/CD strategy
• ▹Train and standardize QA practices across QA engineers
• ▹Build the automation framework and best practices
• ▹Evaluate and adopt new tools
• ▹Run parallel tests to reduce run time
• ▹Develop and execute performance test plans
• ▹Track defects and report testing status

Requirements

• ▹Demonstrable Python programming experience
• ▹Design of test automation frameworks (Python, Playwright, Selenium)
• ▹Design of performance testing frameworks (e.g. JMeter)
• ▹Strong mathematical and problem-solving skills
• ▹Experience working in a multinational, multicultural environment

Nice to have

• ▹Air traffic domain experience (Flight, Flow, Routing, Capacity planning)
• ▹Knowledge of AIXM 4.5/5.1 data models
• ▹Master's degree (4-year university studies) in a relevant field
