Power BI Developer (Big Data)

We’re looking for a Power BI Developer to join our Big Data product team at Kyivstar . You’ll be responsible for building and supporting advanced dashboards that drive insights for both internal stakeholders and external clients. The role requires strong technical expertise, business acumen and the ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable intelligence. Responsibilities: • Design, develop and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports • Translate business needs into data models, KPIs and visual solutions • Work with large-scale data environments (Azure, AWS, Hadoop or similar). • Collaborate with Product, ETL and Data Science teams to deliver accurate, scalable reporting • Optimize data pipelines and dashboard performance • Provide ongoing support and enhancements to existing BI solutions • Stay up to date with BI best practices and introduce innovative reporting approaches Requirements: • 3+ years’ experience as a Power BI Developer or similar BI/analytics role • Strong background in data warehousing, ETL and data modeling • Advanced SQL skills for querying and optimization • Experience with data architecture and engineering in enterprise-scale environments • Proven ability to design intuitive, user-friendly dashboards • Skilled at translating business needs into analytical solutions • Strong analytical, problem-solving and attention-to-detail mindset • Microsoft Azure Fundamentals certification (or similar) is a plus • Innovative, proactive and able to communicate insights effectively What we offer: • A unique opportunity to work with the largest and most trusted mobile operator in Ukraine • Remote work format with the option to visit our Kyiv office • Competitive salary and annual performance-based bonus • Paid sick leave and vacation • Flexible working hours Comprehensive medical and life insurance • Great opportunities for professional development and career growth • Friendly, collaborative and innovation-driven team culture Originally posted on Himalayas
