Responsibilities

• ▹Design and optimize modern software architectures for business-critical energy automation applications
• ▹Take responsibility for sustainable architecture decisions as well as system and platform architecture, including relevant interfaces
• ▹Actively contribute to full-stack and embedded software development using Linux, C/C++ and modern technologies
• ▹Define and implement modern CI/CD pipelines and ensure quality, performance, scalability and sustainability
• ▹Analyze technical requirements closely with product management and internal stakeholders and translate them into viable technical solutions
• ▹Establish best practices, architecture standards and technical guidelines, and foster knowledge sharing within teams

Requirements

• ▹Completed technical education, ideally HTL, university of applied sciences or university in software engineering, computer science or a related field
• ▹At least five years of software development experience and solid understanding of complex software architectures
• ▹Several years of embedded software development experience with Linux and C/C++, and solid Git/GitLab skills
• ▹Experience with agile methods, especially Scrum, and enjoyment of independent work and respectful team collaboration

Nice to have

• ▹Knowledge of Yocto Linux and Angular
• ▹Domain knowledge in energy automation, e.g. IEC 61850 or IEC 60870-5-104
