Senior Solutions Engineer - Spend/ERP

Responsibilities

• ▹Act as a trusted technical advisor to customers and internal teams on high-value implementations and expansions
• ▹Translate customer requirements into scalable architectures with activation, onboarding and account management teams, especially where ERP, HRIS and API integrations are core
• ▹Run technical discovery with sales to understand customer systems, data flows and workflows and recommend a best-fit integration blueprint, including APIs and third-party connectors
• ▹Troubleshoot integration hurdles with customers, designing robust, maintainable implementations rather than writing code directly
• ▹Serve as a subject matter expert on the integration ecosystem (e.g. HRIS and accounting partners) and improve integration coverage
• ▹Create internal documentation, playbooks and lightweight tooling
• ▹Channel customer feedback into Product and Engineering

Requirements

• ▹5+ years of experience in implementation, onboarding, customer success or project/program management of complex, multi-stakeholder technology or financial services implementations
• ▹4+ years of client-facing delivery or professional services experience in a high-paced environment
• ▹Proven track record delivering cross-functional projects with C-level executives, technical teams and operations
• ▹Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills
• ▹Experience delivering ERP, accounting system or expense platform (e.g. NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Xero) implementations and the associated data flows (GL, cost centres, entities, card feeds)

Nice to have

• ▹Hands-on experience with integration engineers, solution architects or technical program managers on API-based integrations, familiarity with web, SSO and ERP integration concepts
• ▹Project management or agile certification (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master)
• ▹Experience managing strategic or enterprise accounts as part of an account team
• ▹Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment
