Responsibilities

• ▹Collaborate with Account Executives on the technical side of the sales process
• ▹Work directly with technical contacts at customers and prospects to provide bespoke support and architect solutions
• ▹Craft compelling technical demonstrations that communicate the product's value
• ▹Create technical enablement resources for the sales team
• ▹Build self-service tools and documentation so customers can implement solutions independently
• ▹Identify common integration patterns or features to productize, working with product teams

Requirements

• ▹Passion for AI, technology and ElevenLabs products
• ▹Enjoy working directly with customers, iterating on solutions and providing tailored support
• ▹A talent for identifying patterns that can be standardized and scaled
• ▹Strong empathy for customers, sales and product teams
• ▹Strong technical background to help customers architect integrations between ElevenLabs' solutions and their existing systems
• ▹Experience working with customers (student clubs or side projects count, as long as you want to work closely with customers on a technical level)
• ▹Proficiency in Python, with a deep understanding of software development, software architecture and common integration patterns
• ▹Excellent communication skills, able to adapt messaging to different audiences
